Dac\u0103 suni \u00een afara orelor de program, \u021bi se r\u0103spunde automat, \u0219i o voce impersonal\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi recit\u0103 programul de lucru, dup\u0103 care \u00ee\u021bi \u00eenchide telefonul.<\/p>\n

Dac\u0103 suni \u00een timpul programului de lucru, \u021bi se r\u0103spunde automat, auzi un mesaj de \u00eent\u0103mpinare general („Buna ziua, a\u021bi sunat la XXX, v\u0103 dorim o zi bun\u0103”), apoi e\u0219ti redirec\u021bionat c\u0103tre un meniu vocal automat („IVR” – Interactive Voice Response) care te invit\u0103 s\u0103 ape\u0219i o tast\u0103, \u00een func\u021bie de departamentul cu care vrei s\u0103 vorbe\u0219ti. Dup\u0103 una sau mai multe meniuri vocale (\u0219i mai multe ap\u0103s\u0103ri de taste), e\u0219ti automat pus \u00eentr-o „coad\u0103” de a\u0219teptare („Call queue”) corespunz\u0103toare. \u021ai se pune o muzic\u0103 („music on hold” sau MOH) \u0219i e\u0219ti anun\u021bat care este pozi\u021bia ta \u00een coad\u0103 (eventual se anun\u021b\u0103 \u0219i timpul de a\u0219teptare estimat).<\/p>\n
Din momentul \u00een care e\u0219ti primul \u00een coada de a\u0219teptare, sistemul telefonic testeaz\u0103 starea interioarelor departamentului la care e asignat\u0103 coada ta de a\u0219teptare (ocupat sau liber, dac\u0103 e liber sun\u0103 la interiorul X). Acest demers poate fi f\u0103cut \u00een multiple moduri (doar ca un exemplu, sistemul poate \u00eencerca la toate interioarele disponibile, sau poate \u00eencerca doar la cel care a avut cele mai pu\u021bine apeluri rezolvate \u00een acea zi). La un moment dat, o persoan\u0103 din departamentul respectiv \u00ee\u021bi r\u0103spunde.<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n
